What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven't subscribed, your organization becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and subscribing turns editing back on straight away.
How are seats counted?
Each active person with a full licence is a seat. Add, turn off or change someone's licence under Users and your subscription adjusts automatically, with the difference charged or credited.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Billing in the app. Yearly saves about 21%.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe's secure checkout. Sheetem never sees or stores your card details. Invoices are in the billing portal.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can export your sheets to CSV.
